About Jorheim CFO
A name tied to building, stewardship, and long-term decisions.
Jorheim CFO was founded by Kevin Pietracci and named after his grandfather, William “Bill” Jorheim.
Bill spent 25 years as a construction superintendent, developed land, and built homes in St. Andrews, Manitoba, where Jorheim Drive still carries the family name. His work was practical, long-term, and tied to decisions that had to hold up in the real world.
That history shaped the name. Jorheim CFO is built on the belief that growth should be intentional, that good work deserves to be protected, and that the strongest decisions are made with both the past and the future in view.
The firm carries that standard into finance: grounded in the real work of the business, focused on what matters, and built to help owners make decisions they can stand behind.
About Kevin Pietracci
Practical finance experience connected to real operating decisions.
Kevin’s career has given him broad accounting and finance experience, with a background that extends into acquisitions, operational finance, and major capital expansion decisions.
His work has gone beyond reporting: helping owners and operators understand cash flow, margins, financing, capacity, and growth in businesses where the numbers need to connect directly to operations.
That experience has been shaped by owner-led, project-based environments where financial decisions are tied to jobs, equipment, labour, cash flow, and the timing of growth.
Kevin’s strength is helping owners turn complex, imperfect financial and operational information into clearer decisions. The work is practical, direct, and focused on helping the business move forward with more confidence and less guesswork.
